Kat Sanders, LMT, has a passion for encouraging muscle movement through treatment. Kat has treated clients in chronic muscular hypertonicity since 2016. She has worked with many clients including MMA fighters, double-amputees, Olympic-trained athletes, severe scoliosis, disc herniation, and many more. Her goal is to influence her clients into taking better approaches to achieve peak performance in their body by creating the initial muscle manipulation. Kat blends together many different modalities including trigger point and myofascial release in her deep tissue therapy to achieve the best results.

Kat is a graduate of The Denver School of Massage Therapy (DSMT). Kat was an honor roll student and maintained a 4.0 GPA while tutoring other students training for their massage license. While attending DSMT, she found her passion for the human body. She found that one of the most important parts of massage therapy is not the body work itself but the connection with one human being to another. Massage can be incredibly vulnerable. She strives to create comfort within that vulnerability in every session to exceed any expectations.

Kat believes the achievements the body can reach through holistic care is not only extraordinary but essential in our busy lives. She is passionate about helping people achieve wellness and balance in their daily lives while helping them physically ease sometimes chronic aches and pains.
